Annual Registration & Fees 2021-2022 - due 12 March 2021

The Parent’s Committee resolved the following fees to cover Scouts Victoria Registration and Group Fees to cover the ongoing costs for the running of the Group. The Committee has strived to keep the increase in fees as low as possible.

  • 1 child $395.00
  • 2 children $735.00 ($55 discount)
  • 3 children $950.00 ($235 discount)
  • Children/Grandchildren of leaders $252 per child

Payment of fees for 2021-2022 are due by Friday 12th March 2021.

Payments can be made via the following methods:

  • Internet banking transfer to our account (preferred)
    • Commonwealth Bank
    • BSB: 063 122 Account: 10064582
    • Account name: 1st Coburg Scout Group
    • Please use your family name as reference
  • Direct deposit cash directly at any Commonwealth Bank branch into our account (take this letter with you to enable the bank to process your deposit). Please email stamped receipt if using direct deposit to 1stcoburgscoutsgroup@gmail.com to allow us to verify your payment

Please keep your Internet banking or bank receipt as a record of your payment.

If payment is not received in time your child will lose their registration and be required to re-register with Scouts Victoria. This re-registration process incurs an additional fee.

If you are unable to pay your fees on time, please contact Group Leader Connie Tuddenham, Assistant Group Leader Marinda Hill or Group President Paul Ferrari as soon as possible to discuss payment options to keep your family registered.
