Hello all
The Group Leadership and Parent Committee would like to
invite you to the upcoming ARAP (Annual Reports and Presentation) for our
Group. ARAP will be held at the 1st Coburg Scout Hall (20b Carr Street Coburg
North).
This year each section will have youth supporting the
presentation of their reports. All section youth are encouraged to attend
in uniform.
These meetings are a great chance to meet and talk to the
leaders, our District Commissioner (Chris Ballard), other parents and the
Parent's Committee.
The meeting will go for approximately one hour with light
refreshments served upon completion.
Please note: Regular Section meetings on the Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday for this week will NOT occur.
We would love to see as many of you join us in celebrating
what has been a huge year at 1st Coburg Scouts.
Please RSVP by reply email with number of adults/children so
we can ensure there are plenty of seats and refreshments.
