Dear 1st Coburg families,
The Parent’s Committee resolved the following fees to cover Scouts Victoria Registration, District Levies and Group Fees to cover the ongoing costs for the running of the Group.
· 1 youth member $450.00
· 2 youth members $840.00 ($60 discount)
· 3 youth members $1,090.00 ($260 discount)
· Children/grandchildren of Leaders $288 per youth member
Family Volunteer Discount - Families who volunteered in 2025 will be contacted separately with the discount offer.
Payment is due by Friday 20th March 2026

Deposit cash directly at any National Australia Bank branch into our account (take this letter with you to enable the bank to process your deposit). Please email stamped receipt (with the youth member’s name/s) if using direct deposit to 1stcoburgscoutsgroup@gmail.com to allow us to verify your payment.
Please keep your Internet banking or bank receipt as a record of your payment
If payment is not received in time, your child will lose their registration and be required to re-register with Scouts Victoria. This re-registration process incurs an additional fee.
