Families are invited to an important evening in

our Group’s calendar!

The leaders will report on the year, reflect on the past and current year, and the financial report and other general information about the group.

We really do need a representative from each member’s family to make this a successful report to members.

This is also an opportunity to hear about the roles within the committee that will become available should you wish to support your Group more formally.

Supper will be provided

Location: 1st Coburg Hall

Parents Committee Meeting Thursday 25 June 2015 at 7pm - all parents welcome

Hello all.

Apologies for the late notice.

We have a Parent's Committee meeting scheduled for this Thursday at 7pm. This will be the last one for the term.  Key points for discussion will be:

• Update on Hall improvement works
• finance and budget
• Bunnings BBQ held on 7 June
• Remainder of 2015

The Committee welcomes all parents from the cub pack and scouts troop to be part of the decisions to make our Group a great place for our kids & parents alike.

Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser 7 June 2015 - thanks for making it great!

A big thanks to all parents, leaders, families and friends who helped make this fundraising event such a great success.

Some pics of the day are uploaded in our Photo Library.

We sold almost $1800 in snags and drinks on a cool winter's long weekend Sunday.

If you want to get involved in fundraising events like this, talk to any one of the Leaders or Committee members. Kids (especially cubs & scouts who want to help out) are welcome to join in for what is a fun day.
