The Parent’s Committee
resolved the following fees to cover Scout Victoria Registration and Group Fees
to cover the ongoing costs for the running of the Group, including hall and
equipment upkeep.
Committee has strived to
keep the increase as low as possible.
Committee resolved to keep the increases to cost of living, along with a
recently introduced district levy. Despite this, we have been able to keep fees
at some of the lowest in the District. Charges are as follows:
1 Child: $387.00
2 Children $728.00 ($46 discount for 2nd
child)
3 Children $942.00 ($219 discount for 2nd
& 3rd child)
Children / Grandchildren of leaders $242 per child
Payment is due by Monday 24th
June 2019

Deposit cash directly at any Commonwealth Bank branch into
our account (take this letter with you to enable the bank to process your
deposit). Please email stamped receipt if using direct deposit to 1stcoburgscoutsgroup@gmail.com
to allow us to verify your payment.
Please keep
your Internet banking or bank receipt as a record of your payment
If payment is not received
in time, your child will lose their registration and be required to re-register
with Scouts Victoria. This
re-registration process incurs an additional fee.
