Registration & Fees 2016-2017
Dear 1st Coburg families,
The Parent’s Committee resolved the following fees to cover Scout
Victoria Registration and Group Fees to cover the ongoing costs for the running
of the Group, including hall and equipment upkeep.
Committee have strived to keep the increase as low as possible,
and reassure families that these fees are some of the lowest charged in the
District. Charges are as follows:

Payment is due by Friday 24th June 2016

· Direct Deposit cash directly at any Commonwealth Bank
branch into our account (take this letter with you to enable the bank to
process your deposit). Please email stamped receipt if using direct deposit to 1stcoburgscoutsgroup@gmail.com to allow us to verify your payment.
Please keep your internet banking or bank
receipt as a record of your payment
If payment is not received in time, your child will lose their
registration and be required to re-register with Scouts Victoria. This re-registration process incurs an
additional fee.
If you are unable to pay your fees on time, please contact Connie
as soon as possible to discuss payment options to help keep your child/ren
registered.
